Digital Grading (2004 - ) - Since the production of Delicious, almost all my videos have included some digital grading and color correction work. This is usually done using Adobe After Effects and occasionally some slight adjustments in Final Cut Pro. Some notable examples appear in the clips on this demo reel, showing the original video captured, and then the adjusted colors or values side by side. There are a variety of filters in Adobe After Effects that can be used to adjust the colors and values in video and film. However, unlike professional color correction systems like DaVinci, 5D Colossus, Discreet Lustre, Domino, etc., since After Effects doesn't run on a machine dedicated to the program, the turn-around time on color correction and value adjustment is much longer; it is a laborious process.
